Erin made an appointment with us just a few days after we called. She came prepared with public records including tax records, plat map, comparable market sales and comparable home listings. She earned an A+ for preparedness, but she was enthusiastic about the features that made this home unique. Custom features were noted and appreciated. She went beyond expectations when she had aerial photos made to highlight the rolling 5 acre lot and its spectacular views and wildlife. While other agents were hesitant about using Zillow and social media, Erin was enthusiastic. This worked to our advantage. Within 3 days we had multiple offers and 3 were above listing price! There were a few snags along the way which were promptly resolved with Erin making connections with contractors at times when my husband and I were not available. Erin explained the steps along the way and expediated them as much as humanly possible. Our house went on the market Wednesday afternoon Sept 13 and we chose one of the six Sept 16 (THREE DAYS!). Erin and the biyer’s agent worked through issues as they came up and we were able to close on October 22. This home was a treasure to us and we hope it will bring just as much pleasure to the new owners.
