Sure, they have all of things you might expect from a standard visitor center such as maps, local brochures, and an awesome gift shop full of locally made gifts and products, but what really sets Visit Knoxville visitor center is that it’s home to the WDVX Blue Plate Special! If you aren’t in the know, The Blue Plate Special is a live performance radio show that takes place at noon on Mondays through Thursdays, (Fridays are at Barley’s) and back again on Saturdays.
